Delivery Terms
We strive to make flower delivery as convenient and fast as possible for you. Below you will find all the necessary information about delivery terms and conditions.
Delivery Time
Delivery is available in Uman and the surrounding district daily from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
The standard delivery time within the city is up to 1 hour. Delivery outside the city depends on distance and weather conditions.
Delivery Cost
The delivery cost depends on the destination:
• Free delivery — for orders from 3000 UAH.
• Delivery within the city — 200 UAH.
• Delivery outside the city — calculated individually.
Order Handover Conditions
If the recipient is not present, we will contact them to arrange the handover details.
If necessary, the bouquet may be left with a trusted representative or at the reception.
If the recipient refuses the order, a refund will not be issued.
Orders placed after 8:00 PM will be delivered the next day.
By placing an order on Premium Flowers, you automatically agree to all delivery terms.
